Scope & Content Pan Am menu with blue front and orange back covers printed with large overlapping 747 pattern. Printed on first page: "Pan Am introduces the 747 transpacific service" with handwriting: "Flight One, March 11, 1970" followed by nine signatures, including "Capt. T.M. Wold, PA, Flt 1-11"

Menu: Hors D'oeurve, Roast Rack of Spring Lamb, Grilled Filet Mignon Maitre d'Hotel, Breast of Chicken Hongroise, Braised Salmon with Champagne Sauce, Buttered Garden Vegetables, Roasted New Potates, Salad, Selection of Cheese, French Pastry, Coffee with a touch of Cointreau, American Coffee, Orange Pekoe Tea.
