Introductory sheet titled "Welcome Aboard / Delta Air Lines' Inaugural Flight / Tokyo-Portland-Atlanta / March 4, 1987" explains that Delta commissioned the work for 24 artists for its 1986 travel poster series, lists the six posters selected for this print packet and gives a short biography of each artist represented:
