This passenger service unit (PSU) holds two reading lights, two air condition vents, an emergency oxygen generator, automatically-deployed oxygen masks and an illuminated sign "12 A WINDOW / B AISLE." The oxygen unit and seat lights were manufactured by Puritan and Koito respectively. Assembled together by Boeing. Subassembly Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) from a Delta Boeing 767-200 flight deck. Manufacturer Part Number 659-8155-001. The CRT is a high-vacuum tube in which cathode rays produce a luminous image on a fluorescent screen, used mainly in televisions and computer terminals. This CRT provided an electronic computer-controlled two-color display on its glass screen showing flight information for the pilots.
