Delta Brake-to-Wheel Alignment Tool for Douglas DC-6 aircraft. Tool consists of a light yellow-painted metal piece attached to a red nylon ribbon. Used to hold a loose rotating brake disc plate in perfect alignment for wheel cleat engagement while resting on the axle, allowing one mechanic to install the wheel assembly.
