Description Small, 4-blade wood propeller. Wood is stained brown. Section of one blade is broken off.
Provenance Used to disperse insecticide as it left the hopper of the Huff Daland Duster, the world's first aircraft designed to dust crops. Original item from Delta's restored Huff Daland Duster donated to the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum in 1968. According to donor, this damaged original propeller was removed from the Huff Daland Duster during restoration and replaced with a replica.
