B. Wood and metal base. Brass plate reads: "Awarded to Al DeGarmo whose contributions made it possible for Western to become the first U.S. airline to complete 40 years of continuous service. April 17, 1926 - April 17, 1966."

Provenance Model of Western Airlines Boeing 720B, N93141, Ship 341, which joined Western's fleet on April 8, 1961. This model was presented by Western Airlines to Al DeGarmo, who was one of the first four Western Air Express pilots, called the "Four Horsemen." Western was celebrating 50 years of passenger service on April 17, 1966.
