Provenance Delta mechanics used this type of tool for Douglas DC-3 aircraft. This tool was used by James L. Tyson, who donated it in 1993, when he was a retiree from Dept. 371 Hydraulic Maintenance Overhaul at Delta's Technical Operations Center in Atlanta.
