Description Pedal car built and painted to resemble an open-cockpit Western Air Express Douglas M-2 airplane, the first type of plane flown by Western in 1926. Has a seat and an open metal undercarriage with pedals, wheels and tires. Scale measures 1:1.5 long and 1:2.5 wide.

Provenance This pedal car is believed to have been built and used by Western Airlines for parades. Since 2014, in use as a photo opportunity and simple visitor interactive at the Delta Flight Museum.
