Acumen's "Solar" (earlier name "Solar Eclipse") seat for Delta Air Lines. A full flat-bed aircraft seat with partition. Mounted on a blue-carpeted base for display.
Seat is covered in leather and narrows to a point at its top. The seat's ottoman is in the partition and covered in leather. The curved white, blue and gray plastic partition has a 15.4" in-seat touchscreen monitor and standard 110v and USB power ports. On the outside, far right side of the partition is a label with the seat number 13C, indicating seat's position in an aircraft (row 13, middle, right side as facing forward).
The following list of seat features is from Delta's October 2006 news release announcing the introduction of "Delta’s fully-horizontal personal suite" on Delta's new Boeing 777-200LR arriving in 2008:
* A reclining seat that adjusts to multiple comfortable positions, including a completely flat surface offering travelers a 6-foot 3-inch bed;
* A privacy screen incorporating pull out meal table, fold-out video monitor, integrated footrest and personal stowage compartment for bags, shoes or blankets; and
* Immediate access to the aisle so customers don’t have to disturb another passenger when exiting their seat.

|Provenance||The Solar seat by Acumen for Contour Premium Aircraft (today's Zodiac Seats UK) was Delta's first full flat-bed seat. Introduced with Delta's new Boeing 777-200LR long-range aircraft in April 2008. Seats were installed in a herringbone 1x2x1 pattern that angled the seat in toward the aisle.|
