Description Hughes Airwest Douglas DC-9-30 model airplane painted in livery of Sundance Yellow and Universal Blue colors. On the fuselage is the Hughes Airwest logo, designed by Mario Zamparelli in 1971, consisting of a horizontal axis linking three diamond-like units, which makes a stylized "HH," the initials of the airline's famous owner Howard Hughes. This aircraft livery was in use from September 1971 until Hughes Airwest merged with Republic Airlines in 1980. Model and stand made of mahogany wood. Scale - 1:100
